Sean Kennedy LEED AP, ASSOCIATE AIA
Sean Patrick Kennedy grew up in Minnesota and has been practicing architecture for over 12 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Ecological Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his career Sean has worked on numerous project types and scales from the US Embassy in Beijing and to the small scale of custom homes and restaurants. He brings expertise in sustainable design, management and technical aspects to every project in addition to having practical experience administering construction and budgets on over 25 projects.
Sean's diverse background includes time as a designer at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and Leddy, Maytum, Stacy and most recently 7 years as a senior project architect with CCS Architecture. Currently he is directing design for such projects as the 200,000 sq ft Garden Park Apartments and Townhomes in Sacramento as well as high end custom residences throughout the western United States.
